The USPS® is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19.

As a result, the information you send to us may be delayed, which could impact your assistance.

To avoid this, we strongly recommend that customers utilize one of the following methods to submit information to us:

  3. Upload your information online through the Self-Service Portal at Benefits.Ohio.gov
  4. Use our drop box located outside the main entrance at 1180 S. Main Street, Akron, OH 44301 or at the OhioMeansJobs Center, 1040 E. Tallmadge Avenue, Akron, OH 44310. (Drop boxes are emptied twice daily during regular business hours, excluding holidays)
