Customers can e-mail documents and verifications, including applications, rent receipts, utility bills, and pay stubs; however, due to security protocols, we can only accept PDF files at this time. Please be sure to include your case number or Social Security number on each document and allow up to 10 business days for processing. Customers who encounter problems with the uploading/e-mailing process may mail their paperwork to the agency, drop it off in person, or fax it to 1-866-351-8292.
