Upload Documents/Verifications


Customers can now upload/e-mail documents and verifications, including applications, rent receipts, utility bills, and pay stubs. Please allow a minimum of 10 days for us to review and process all documents and verifications submitted. Customers who encounter problems with the uploading/e-mailing process may mail their paperwork to the agency, drop it off in person, or fax it to 1-866-351-8292 (OHIO).
