Upload Documents/Verifications

Customers can now upload/e-mail documents and verifications, including applications, rent receipts, utility bills, and pay stubs. Please be sure to convert all files to PDF format before attaching and sending to us. Due to security protocol, no other formats can be accepted at this time. Allow a minimum of 10 days for us to review and process all documents and verifications submitted. Customers who encounter problems with the uploading/e-mailing process may mail their paperwork to the agency, drop it off in person, or fax it to 1-866-351-8292.
