Proposals may be submitted by for-profit entities, non-profit organizations with a current 501c3 status or organizations with a fiscal agent operating under a current 501c3. Entities that have been debarred, suspended, or are otherwise ineligible for participation in federal assistance programs, or have been issued an Ohio auditor of state unresolved finding for recovery since 2001, are not eligible to be a DJFS TANF PRC service provider.
