SCDJFS outreach services at participating Summit County public libraries will be temporarily suspended beginning September 1, 2026.
This includes case manager office hours previously offered through:
Residents who need assistance with SCDJFS benefits or services can continue to contact Summit County Department of Job and Family Services directly.
Outreach services at these locations will be reevaluated as agency staffing and operations stabilize.
Although SCDJFS case managers will no longer hold regular outreach hours at these locations during the temporary suspension, residents can continue to fax or scan documents and verifications free of charge during regular business hours at participating public libraries.
