Akron-Summit County Public Library, Barberton Public Library, Cuyahoga Falls Library, Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library, and Twinsburg Public Library have partnered with Summit County Job and Family Services (SCJFS) to provide on-site office hours at various library locations, where you may meet one-on-one with a case manager to assist with:

• Applying for, renewing cash (OWF), food (SNAP) or medical assistance (Medicaid)
  
• Case or eligibility questions
• Scanning documents and verifications
• Making copies (e.g., birth certificates, Social Security cards, pay stubs, and other legal documents)
• Benefit issuance history
• Resources and more.

Case managers are available each month at the following library locations on designated days and times. No appointment is necessary. They are not available on recognized county or federal holidays.
